I found the room super clean and it included everything i needed for my short stay. The staff seemed very friendly and always ready to help with any request. Location was ideal for walking and public transport.
i wanted an early check-in but was told it wasn't possible. this made my arrival a little inconvenient.

Breakfast had a wide range of options that included many tastes. The restaurant staff looked attentive and helpful with requests. The hotel also took food allergies seriously and food was labelled with allergens, a needed measure.

The room included an espresso machine. there was water that got refilled every day. My room was spacious, so it felt relaxing. i even had a courtyard view.

the location was quite good. it was close to many shops and restaurants. the staff were friendly, and they assisted me with my luggage. breakfast offered a good selection of items.
my room was located in a building across the street from the main hotel, this was not ideal. the room itself felt smaller than i expected. the bathroom was particularly small, a bit cramped actually.

the location proved convenient, a quick five-minute walk to moorgate station. despite facing a main road, the room remained quiet! there was no disturbance from traffic or pedestrians, and the bed was clean and comfy.

The room featured effective soundproofing. It was such a relief. i loved the comfy beds. i found a great tea selection in the room. It felt so thoughtful. the excellent bathroom had a great sized bath. It felt luxurious.
The breakfast room felt crowded because there was only one coffee machine. It caused a small queue.
